Run From South Fork in Provo Canyon then down the River Trail to Shops@Riverwoods

Traveling on I-15 Freeway going south, from SLC.
Get off at the 800 North exit in Orem. The center street exit will be closed for construction.
Go east towards the Mountains a couple of miles.
You will go past 800 East (Red-light in Orem).
You will go down a hill to the base of Provo Canyon and merge onto University Ave heading south.
After about a mile you'll turn right into the Shops@Riverwoods (Big Shopping center & You must Park @ Shops at RiverWoods do not park on the road that is were you will run).
PLEASE DO NOT DRIVE TO THE START YOU WILL NOT BE ABLE TO PARK.

It will help if runners can come friday after noon & eve. to get bib #s and shirts.

Pick up your bib # & shirt (If you bring print out confirmation, and Id.

Friday Afternoon & Eve. Bib Pick up. Please Bring ID 4800n University ave. Provo, that is the same as directions to where you will get on the bus saturday morning.
Behind move 12 theater, till dark.


Friday afternoon/eve Pick up your Chip when you get bib # & shirt. Must have ID
Please bring ID to get Bib #,
you must bring print out from others registration to pick up friends bib #s. no chips for friends will be given out.

Saturday: 4:45am get your bib # then on the bus.
Please come early to get your bib # and get on the bus, some bus's will have to take two trips.

If you wait for the last bus's you may have to start after 1st runners have left, If bus is late, you will start late, so be early.


The Provo River 1/2 is a fun running event, Aug. 10th 2013

You will Drop Sweats in a Truck at the top. Best if you bring a bag w/your name on it. Or get one of ours Friday.
Directions: The morning of It is really easy to get to parking for the 19th Annual Provo River 1/2 Marathon 2013

PLEASE DO NOT DRIVE TO THE START YOU WILL NOT BE ABLE TO PARK.

1.) Park. (Parking is by Movie Theater, 4800 North)
     5:00 AM You will be directed to walk to the bus at 12 Movie theater
to get your bib#.
2.) Then get on the bus.
   1/2   Marathon Bus Leaves 4:45 AM, last bus 5:30 AM; BUS WILL LEAVE!!
2nd waive of bus's may arrive after the start, at 6:30 am, be early! we will try to start close to the start time of at 6:30am w/or w/o late runners.
     Be there early, to ride to the top of the canyon, we bus you up to South Fork..
     (Please do not drive to the start.)
3.) You will Run back on the trail. Finish at Shops @ Riverwoods this year, / not Riverview Park, dont cross 4800 n.

You will finish at the Shops @ Riverwoods, where you will eat Pancakes, fruit & drink, Pick up your T-shirt at finish.

You May also get your bib # friday afternoon & eve. At Shops@Riverwoods finish area, You may not get friends Chip friday.
