To Get to Timpanogos Park just inside Provo Canyon, which is easy to get to.
Go south on I-15 if you are coming From slc, get off 800 n. Orem exit, go east towards the mountains, go up into Provo Canyon a short way, you will see a parking lot next to the highway on the north side..
See you there early. 3.1 miles to to run up towards Bridal Veil falls and 3.1 back) at Bridal Veil Falls, you will turn around at the on the road signed turn. Run back 3.1 mi.
Finish is At Timpanogos Park Pavillion.. Close to the same place were you parked.

The Course is up & downhill.
The Course is a very easy course, since we run Up the canyon By Bridal Veil Falls, the turn around and run 3.1 miles back down the canyon.
We will run from Timpanogos Park to up close to Bridal Veil Falls This is a Beautiful run .

Run Starts close to 9:am.
Run up 3.1 then, Turn around by Bridal Veil Falls turn around sign and Run Back to where you parked..

This run is fully paved. The premier running event to train for on the Wasatch front. This is the most beautiful run with the most spectacular view of Mt.Timpanogos, follow the river running up and down a fully paved river trail in a tunnel of trees on a cool May morning.
Its an easy up and down trailrun.
